§ 153.99. PENALTY.

Violation of this chapter and the permits issued hereunder is a misdemeanor. Every day of violation is a separate violation. In addition to the criminal penalty provided herein, the city reserves to itself the right to seek appropriate injunctive or other equitable relief in the case of violation.
