§ 152.130. SIGNS PERMITTED IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.

(B) The following types of signs are not permitted in residential zoning districts:
(1) Awning signs;
(2) Balloon signs;
(3) Canopy signs;
(4) Shimmering signs;
(5) Marquee signs; and
(6) Pylon signs.
(C) Maximum height: six feet.
(D) Setback: ten feet from property line, plus clear sight triangle.
(E) Signs may be illuminated. Illuminated signs shall have a shielded light source and meet the glare standards stated in § 152.081.
