§ 110.05. ISSUANCE.

Latest version.

If the license does not require Council approval, the Clerk shall issue the license upon being satisfied that all requirements of law and of this code have been met. If the Clerk is not so satisfied, or if Council approval is required, the Clerk shall present the application to the Council for action. The Clerk shall thereupon issue the license if approval is granted.
