§ 72.08. TOWING.

  • (A) No vehicle, including but not limited to sleds, toboggans and sleighs, shall be towed behind a snowmobile upon any public street between the hours of one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise unless such vehicle is equipped with at least one tail lamp meeting the requirements of the equipment for a snowmobile as provided in the regulations in state law.
    (B) No snowmobile can be used for towing unless it shall have attached to the rear of the snowmobile a rigid tow bar.
