§ 92.11. DANGEROUS AND POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS DOGS REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

(A) Code adopted by reference. Chapter 92 of the Carver County Code pertaining to dangerous and potentially dangerous dogs as authorized by M.S. §§ 347.51, Subd. 8, and 347.565, including all amendments thereto adopted and published from time to time by the Carver County Board of Commissioners, is hereby adopted by the City of Mayer and incorporated in this chapter by reference as if fully set out herein.
(B) Application, administration and enforcement. The application, administration, and enforcement of this section in the City of Mayer shall be by the “Animal Control Authority” as defined in § 6 of Chapter 92 of the Carver County Code.
