§ 92.37. VIOLATORS AND PENALTIES.

  • (A) Any person keeping chickens without a license issued under this subchapter or continues to keep chickens after the license has expired or been revoked shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. If a license is revoked or a person is found guilty of a violation of this subchapter, no new license may be issued for a minimum period of one year after such event.
    (B) Any person violating any conditions of this subchapter shall reimburse the city for all costs and expenses incurred by the city to enforce the conditions of the license including but not limited to the pickup and impounding of chickens.
